Mr. Ronald Chan, CPA from Hong Kong, Senior Consultant and Audit Partner of Lemon Accountancy

Senior Consultant & Audit Partner: Ronald Chan

Ronald Chan was the Senior Audit Partner of the Hong Kong firm of Deloitte. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountancy, which includes the qualified C.P.A.s from Hong Kong. 


Ronald joined the Deloitte in 1995 and became a partner in 2006. From 1998 to 2001, he served as the Audit Manager of Deloitte Hong Kong. From 2001 to 2004, he led the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory practice, which includes the banking, capital markets, insurance, investment management and real estate sectors.

He is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and holds bachelor degree of finance.

Ronald resides in Hong Kong, but he visits China frequently.

Mr. Lee, Attorney-at-law, Senior Consultant of Lemon AccountancySenior Legal Consultant: Wei Lee

Mr. Wei Lee is an attorney-at-law of Guangdong Jiezhida Law Firm, specializing in corporate law services, foreign commercial services and banking.


Mr. Lee has served domestic and foreign banks and corporations in a wide variety of banking, foreign exchange and financing projects within China. His practice includes general banking matters, syndicated lending, import and export credit facilities, consumer credit facilities, international financial leasing, project finance, trade finance, RMB finance, corporate and debt restructuring, and receivables finance, among other areas.


He has extensive experience in assisting and advising foreign banks on their daily operations and business expansion in China. Mr. Lee regularly renders legal advice on the PRC regulatory requirements for market access of foreign banks’ new products; structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions involving the new products; standardizing bank daily operational documentation for such matters as opening accounts, credit extensions, securities, trade finance and derivatives; and, assisting foreign banks in establishing, reorganizing, and expending their business presence in China.

He obtained his Master degree from the Law School of SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY in 2004.
